Theraputic Massage
To help the muscles relax, gliding slowly down the muscles with medium to firm pressure will help release tension and lactic acid buildup also known as knots. This will leave your body feeling rejuvenated and ready to go on with your day or go home and relax! Remember to stay hydrated!
Deep Tissue Massage
To start deep tissue I need your body to relax. Starting with therapeutic and moving into deeper pressure using elbows to get the deep knots and all muscles to melt under my fingers. Remember to hydrate. It is very important for your muscle recovery.
Prenatal Massage
When expecting it is so nice just to have touch and what is better then being cozied up to big pillows and getting a full body massage. Take a nap if you like!

Welcome to Escape Massage. My name is Carey Gaw. I am a one person business. My goal is to provide the best service I can to release the tension in the muscles and joints to provide maximum range of motion pain free.
About Us
Thank you for visiting Escape Massage Therapy’s website! My name is Carey Gaw, the Owner and Licensed Massage Therapist of Escape Massage located in Fishers, Indiana. I completed massage education in Urbandale, Iowa in 2002 from Body Wisdom Massage Therapy school. I moved to Fishers, Indiana in 2007. I married and now have two girls. I also started my journey in the field of massage therapy. My career began at Philipes Day Spa in Indianapolis, Indiana, but after three years I moved on to Massage Envy where I spent the next four years. Through the beginnning of my career, I started “in home” massage sessions to try to build my clientele in hopes to someday start my own business. In 2014, I accomplished my goal and started my business.
